Old man winter arrived early this year. Snow or some form of bad weather has hit almost every part of the country in December. Sunday will be the official first day of winter, so just to be nice I decided to welcome Old Man winter this year with a round-up of delectable winter scoops. Any of these recipes would be a perfect dessert to share at a holiday party or family gathering. Trust me – even though it is cold outside, these ice creams and sorbets will warm any heart (and stomach).
